What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Regular U.S. mainland ground shipping is free!

Your order will be shipped by regular ground services offered by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or another domestic carrier.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Network and PayPal.

Please note: The payment transaction will be executed by our parent company GITADINI LLC. The merchant name on your bank / credit card / PayPal statement for your Otto Storage purchase will be: GITADINI  LLC

How long will delivery take?

Regular, free ground shipping to mainland USA will take 5-7 business days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your payment has been processed and confirmed we will pack your goods and ship them to the shipping address you provided according to the shipping option you have chosen.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from our customer service department. Once the order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail providing the tracking information for your package.

Returns

At Otto Storage, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facilities. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

We value our customers and want your Otto Storage shopping experience to be a positive one!

Our returns procedure is as follows:
1. If you would like to return a product, please call customer service on 1.732.694.3774.
2. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery with an order number for a return authorization.
3. An original receipt is required for all returns.
4. Returned products should be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
5. Your return will be processed 72 hours after receipt and verification at our facilities.
6. Valid returns will be exchanged or refunded.
